2. Eligibility

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel game sessions at our sole discretion, including in cases where we believe a user may be under the minimum age requirement.

You are entirely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. WhoLikedThat? will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Service. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Upload, import, or share TikTok content that you do not have the right to use or that infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right.
- Use the Service to harass, bully, intimidate, defame, or harm other users in any way.
- Impersonate any person or entity, including other WhoLikedThat? users, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Create multiple accounts for the purpose of gaining unfair advantages, circumventing suspensions, or manipulating game results.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service.
- Use automated bots, scripts, or other tools to access, scrape, or interact with the Service in ways not intended by us.
- Upload or introduce any malware, viruses, or harmful code to the Service.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, its servers, or any databases connected to the Service.
- Use the Service for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial) without our explicit prior written consent.
- Engage in any activity that places an excessive or disproportionate load on our infrastructure.
5. TikTok Content and Third-Party Material
WhoLikedThat? is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to TikTok Ltd. or its parent company ByteDance Ltd. in any way. The name "TikTok" and related marks belong to their respective owners.
Videos are displayed during gameplay using TikTok's publicly available embed functionality. All video content displayed within the game remains the property of the original content creators and is subject to TikTok's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
By importing your TikTok liked video data into WhoLikedThat?, you represent that you are the owner of the associated TikTok account and that your use of this data within the Service does not violate TikTok's Terms of Service or any applicable law.
WhoLikedThat? does not store, host, or reproduce the actual video files from TikTok. We store only video reference identifiers (IDs) and publicly available metadata.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users or third parties such as TikTok), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of WhoLikedThat? and its creators. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Australia and foreign countries.
Our name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of WhoLikedThat?. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.
7. Advertising
WhoLikedThat? is a free service supported in part by advertising revenue. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that we may display advertisements provided by Google AdSense or other advertising partners. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements displayed on the Service.
Users who have earned ad-free status through our referral programme will not see advertisements served through our Service. Ad-free status is awarded at our discretion and may be revoked if a user is found to have violated these Terms.
8. Referral Programme
WhoLikedThat? offers a voluntary referral programme through which users may earn ad-free status by inviting friends to sign up and load their TikTok videos. By participating in the referral programme, you agree to:
- Only share referral codes with people who have genuinely consented to receiving them.
- Not artificially inflate referral counts by creating fake accounts.
- Accept that ad-free status earned through the referral programme is a benefit provided at our discretion and may be revoked for violations of these Terms.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers and Warranties
WhoLikedThat? is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
- The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable.
- Any errors in the Service will be corrected.
TikTok videos embedded within the Service may become unavailable at any time due to deletion by their creators, changes to TikTok's platform, or other reasons beyond our control. We are not responsible for such unavailability.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WhoLikedThat? and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of or inability to use the Service.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WhoLikedThat? and its creators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
If you wish to terminate your account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting us at wholikedthat@gmail.com. We will process account deletion requests within 30 days.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WhoLikedThat? regarding the use of the Service, and supersede any prior agreements between you and WhoLikedThat? relating to the Service.
