We're a small team and genuinely read every message. Our typical response time is 2–3 business days, though we often reply much sooner. For urgent issues such as account security concerns, please use the subject line "URGENT" in your email so we can prioritise your message.

Gameplay Issues

Let us know which game mode you were using (Online Multiplayer, Local Multiplayer, or Solo Reminisce), how many players were in the room, and a description of what went wrong. If a specific TikTok video caused the issue, the video link is helpful.

Import / Upload Problems

If you're having trouble importing your TikTok videos, tell us whether you were using the Chrome Extension or the TikTok Data ZIP method, along with your browser and device type. Error messages (if any appeared) are especially useful.

Account Issues

For login problems, password reset requests, or issues with your profile, please include your registered username (not your password) and the email address associated with your account. We'll verify your identity before making any account changes.

Referral & Ad-Free Queries

If your ad-free status hasn't applied correctly or you believe there's an issue with your referral codes, email us with your username and the username of the friend(s) you referred (or who referred you). We can manually check and correct referral tracking.
